What do you use?

There are the usual standys:

1) TP tube
2) Pill tube

Having just received a Kent brush, I have the famed red tube-thing now, and might use that to cart the brush around with me when travelling.

Ideas?...........

I nowdays have a very nice Muehle-Pinsel custom made travel brush.. Thats my actual advice.. It was like 45€ shipped and its a silvertip..

But otherwise get a cheap boar brush and use until its dead..then buy a new one..

Why not travel in style - there is many nice travel-brush solutions out there..

I wrap it in a washcloth and throw it in the bag. We have tons of little washcloths from having two babies.

Ziplock bag!! Fast, easy, waterproof, airtight, and can be used to generate lather in in a pinch!!!(if you absolutely have to use a bowl.) I prefer just to lather onto my face.

I have actually used one of the 4oz baby bottles that takes the disposable plastic liner in it. I have a SCS Best badger brush that fits perfectly within it with one of the lids (without the nipple) screwed on.

Had very good luck with a prescription bottle on my trip to Texas. The Taylor's mini brush I have went right inside and fit perfectly.

On my recent trips, I just toss my C&E Best into the bag and go. I do make sure the hair doesnt get caught in the zipper, but thats about it. If its still a little damp, I might wrap it in a cloth too.

Got a couple different sized pill bottles from CVS/Walgreens, just drilled a couple holes in the lid & bottom. Works well.

You can buy travel tubes at Em's Place.
