Everyone has different things that we like, but as a whole, do you like this better than the old color scheme?

Bobby,

The colors are perfect. They remind me of Sandalwood and dark Mahogany. Very good choice. Quiet, but at the same time, sophisticated.

I like the new look a lot. Subtle, understated and very appealing.
It will be interesting to see how the forum evolves over time and I think the new layout is a great development.

I want you all to know, that this isn't just my work. All the mods here have had a lot of input, and assistance on the direction we took. We'll probably be tweakin on it as we go...

The colours reminded me more of English leather chairs and a snifter of cognac, but I guess that just shows where my mind goes. :: Elegant is the word I would use for it, very nice!

In general I like the change, although it reminds me of the color scheme that McDonald's used to have for their stores and uniforms.

One change that I would like to see with the current setup is changing some of the font colors. Having fonts in colors that are similar to the background color make the words invisible to those with vision problems, especially color blindness. (I'm looking that the yellow on yellow here) High contrast is always the way to go with text.

:confused: What yellow on yellow?

I've got black text on a cream colored background.

The buttons need a little work, but that's in the works now.

Great job ! Love the colors. Good contrast and easy on the eyes. Very retro. Reminds me of old cars like this one.
