Sausage and Peppers Sandwiches...

Pretty similar to Rich's recipe. I didn't use the wine...and I add Italian Cherry Peppers in as well. I like the acidity it brings to the dish.

Layered on a nice Sourdough Roll...mmmmm mmmmm...

For the nightcap a dram of Laphroiag 15 :drool ...
