A twofold question concerning a Hoffritz slant. The one I acquire this weekend is from the mid 70’s. From reviewing other treads I am made to understand that it is basically the same unit that Meeker makes today. I have wanted to shave with one for some time now and this appears to be my perfect chance. Secondly, I have started cleaning the razor and it appears that the handle is silver-plated. Could anyone else conform this. Thank’s for your help. Dan
