This all might change with my recent acquisition of a straight. (Heck, if I really start to like straight shaving, I may have a bunch of newbie specials and eBay razors before it's done!)
Anywho:
Razor: slim handled Gillette adjustable
Blade: Swedish Gillette
Brush: B&B finest horn
Soap: Mama Bear's Lavender
Cream: right now, it's Crabtree & Evelyn Sienna, but I have few creams yet.
AS: Geo. F. Trumper's Coral Skin Food

Brush: B&B finest in faux horn.
Blade: Feather
Razor: Merkur Slant Bar in GOLD
Soap: Anything Sandalwood (right now SCS sandalwood soap)
Aftershave: AOS sandalwood. my favorite smell (this is the hardest to pin down however as I really only choose my aftershave the minute I open up my cabinet after the shave, and choose from my selection.) Sometimes only the sting of Pinaud Clubman will satisfy me for that particular day.

This is a tough one for me. I like all my straights but I tend to use my Shumates a bit more frequently. Creams depend on the mood or if I am doing anything that day. These days I am using Euro Creams such as Wars, Florena, Speick, Palmolive Euro, Nivea Shaving Cream and for local some of SCS creams. My Favorite Brush is my Savile Row 208. Hydrolast Conditioner ASB. Pre shave I only use Proraso pre.
Don't get me wrong I love all of my Taylor, Trumpers and Truefitt & Hill creams. Plus a few MB soaps and one SCS soap.

Subject to change, but currently:
Merkur Classic
Derby or 7am blades
Plain ol' Surrey glycerine soap, with some Proraso or KMF Lavender thrown in
I've had some problems with irritation on my face and neck lately, and I'm sticking with products that I don't seem to be sensitive to. Also I'm still trying to perfect my technique and get rid of that redness on my neck.
I've been doing this for 9 months now, I had the technique for my face figured out after a couple of weeks, but the skin on my neck is so sensitive that it screams for mercy as soon as I step into the bathroom.
Anyway, I'm using the same razor -- I have about a dozen more -- and just one or two blades and just a few soaps and creams, so that if the shave turns out really well, or really poorly, I can attribute it to my technique and not to the equipment.

So far, for a hassle-free shave:
SuperSpeed
Israeli Personna
MB soap, any variety, really
I have yet to try Swedish Gillettes, Feathers, and Sharps, so my opinion might change soon.

Chris - I just began using the Conk Bay Rum soap this week, I agree - its great stuff. I find it to be very noticeably different in scent than most other bay rum scented things. What do you think?

I agree, Conk Bay Rum is different, very light and not as spicy as other Bay Rum scents. I'm getting ready to buy the Conk Bay Rum AS, I hope it's a close match.
