400 Posts!!

The 400th post.

Well I haven’t been here that long and I have 400 posts already. I try to answer as many posts as I can on a daily basis with quality advice and viewpoints. I hope that I have achieved that. I want to give a shout and a nod to all those that make this possible, Joanna for one and all the mods that look over the board to make sure that we all have a great experience.

I have ordered soaps from Joanna and they are first rate. I will be placing another order through her soon. I recommend that all you shavers look through your dens and place an order and if you are new here look over the store and place a sample order you will NOT be let down.

I would like to thank everyone for the fun times that I am having here and interesting threads that run through all our lives.

I can say that being here has taught me to swirl my cream better, lather the soap better and avoid all the nasty stuff that can come with wet shaving.

My next task is to switch to the str8 and start working my way through those boards. I know that there will be the same high quality advice there as there is on the safety board.

Till I get there have fun, keep shaving and let’s keep things interesting every day.

It would not be a switch. I started with a str8 in college and went to cartriges because I could not keep the razor sharp.

I enjoy wedges and SE's which is really close to straights. I just gotta find the right str8. Its gotta be heavy and fairly short. I have a small face. A barber's notch or spike is preferred.

By the way, I have a narrow stainless filarmonica in great condition if you're interested. It's a hollow, but it's stiff. It's also a round point.
