Hello
As some of you are aware, I am from Wales. Wales is a beautiful country where the people are renowned for their singing. Unfortunately the singing gene seems to have passed me by.
I would like to share some images and music from Wales with you. No doubt it won't be to everyones taste, but I like it.
I've included two clips. They are both songs sung by a lady called Cerys Matthews who is from fairly near to where I live. One of the clips shows photos of Wales. Typically, I know the person who made the clip (Wales is a small country).

Anyway, enjoy.

I worked at an Irish pub here in the states that was run by an Irishman, not an American.

We had the Welch, Irish, Scotch, and English bending arms and yelling at each other over politics and football.

I loved every minute of it. I can't wait to take my family to the isles to visit.

Strongbow is an awsome cider BTW:cool:

I had a friend from ireland at my school for a while before he went back (semester abroad). Nobody could ever understand a word he was saying when he got drunk though.

I used to quite like Catatonia. I'm glad that Cerys is still singing though. Some people I work with have a similar North Pembrokeshire/South Ceredigion accent. I haven't asked them to sing yet though.
