You are now traveling through a dimension of blades and soap. You have entered the Shave Den.

Seriously I did not know Searling was still doing the show.

well, since "it is a dimension as vast as space and timeless as infinity", we can be sure that it probably never really ended :)

The original ended in the sixties and they actually had two attempts at bringing it back. One in the mid-eighties, and another one in 2002. I actually saw a few in '02, and it was a little odd and didn't have the feel of the original...:(

Maybe this is the one from 2002? Its hosted by Forrest Whitaker

I saw that on the "MY Network" tonight. I only assume it's the same as you saw. It was the 2002 show.

I much prefer the classic on SciFi channel.

It was not so much the show as it was Searling. He was creepy and classy with that cigarette and pomade hair.

Rod Searling died June 28, 1975 (aged 50) of 3 massive heart attacks in a hospital at Rochester, NY

Before he died he sold all the rights to Twilight Zone thinking the studio was over budget. According to his wife that was a big mistake.

No. Rod dead, I thought he went on a journey through time and space?

Next thing you'll be telling me that Leary was a quack.:D

Talk about time and space.

My wife and I are fans of the old school series with Rod Serling. While the movie was O.K. I never gravitated to the other Twilight Zone series that followed. Now I did like The Night Gallery hosted by Serling.

There just isn't anything near as story driven on the tube these days.
