Finishing off a pack of smoked King salmon over the next day. I know, it's a rough life...
Making a wine and cheese platter...
Cheeses:
*Super Aged Gouda
*Dubliner (Reeeeeely sharp white cheddar)
*Gorgonzola
*Smoked Fontina
*Mild Cheddar
NUTS: Smoky Almonds and Cashews
Fruits: Figs, dried apricots, raisins, craisins

Most cheese = white whine
May I sugest Sauvignon Blanc (very nutty taste to go with the ................... nuts)

Made a simple beef stew today... Really quick one too since it only cooked for about an hour. Still tasty though it isn't exactly what I would typically consider a true "stew".
