I cannot seem to find the option to ignore people, can anyone help please? I have only been here for about a week and I have already found the most ignorant and rudest person I have dealt with in quite some time. I think I may enjoy this board if I did not have to put up with him.

Thanks.

Not something you think you may be able to work out with them?

Anyway, somewhere in the user's profile there should be a drop down menu where you can add them as a friend, or ignore them I think.

Oh....uhhh.....wow!

I'm sorry to hear that.

Anywhooo......to add someone to your ignore list; Go to that person's profile page, click on the "User Lists" tab right under their name, and click the "add to ignore list" tab.

I think you should report it to the mods too...

TSD's Admin (http://www.theshaveden.com/forum/member.php?u=1) should be informed if you are feeling harassed by anyone.

Yes, anyone.

No one is above reprimand here.

I decided to join this shaving forum instead of any of the others because it seemed to be the best when it came to being kind, friendly, welcoming, and just plain fun loving. I still think that and feel confident that whatever the problem is, it can be fixed!

nothing...it's probably me:D

Jay,

you need to be careful, that manner you choose to express yourself may give some members the wrong idea about you. Besides we already have an enforcer!!

It's unwise to be rude to a man who knows a lot about razors. ;)

It is easy to ignore people! I simply put my fingers in my ears, close my eyes and go "LALALALALALALALALA".

Works great imo. :D

Then again, I could have been wrong.

Are we problem solvers, or are we problems?

Or, am I just plain nuts?

well, some people would say I would fit in the latter group, the plain nuts, simply because I use a straight razor. You shoulda seen my Endocrinologist (diabetic specialist) when I mentioned using a straght razor. Talk about Shock and Awe lol

Just a little light-hearted banter. Believe me when I say we take problems like this seriously. It often gets handled behind the scenes, though, and is usually just a misunderstanding. I hope it will remain thusly.
