I rank this number 4 out of the 60 plus Gillettes I've owned but I no longer use it. I cleaned it with Scrubbing Bubbles and liquid dish detergent when I first got it but I didn't polish it.
I'll lubricate it and triple sterilize it with a hospital-grade foam disinfectant, an alcohol soak, and a Barbacide clone. I boiled it when I first got it and I don't think that needs to be repeated.
It works fine, the knob turns smoothly and the doors close tightly. It's a very smooth shaver just a dab on the mild side. I need three passes with this one to get BBS instead of my usual two.
