My First BBS without using my Fusion

As I have stated somewhere on this board vefore, I cannot achieve BBS without 2 passes with my DE and 1 pass with my Fusion. This morning I tried something different. I used only my Merkur HD with a Wilkenson Sword blade. For my first 2 passes WTG and ATG I used The Art of Shaving cream with my badger. For the 3rd pass I decided to switch to a gel sample I had from Nordstroms smeared it on, shaved it off and low and behold NO STUBBLE WHATSOEVER. I feel like I've achived a new milestone in shaving.

Congrats. Were you doing an ATG before with regular shaving cream? What kind of gel were you doing your atg with? There are alot of people now using just preshave oil for their last pass atg.

Congratulations on your achievement! Try working on your technique and in a few days you can leave out the gel :D
