Our version Of Shrimp Diablo for SuperBowl Sunday:
1 Big 'ol Shrimp
1 sliver of jalapeno (we like the pickled type)
1 strip of bacon
---------------------------------------------------
Pre fry bacon until cooked but not crispy (microwave is good)
Place jalapeno on (or in, if shrimp is big enough) shrimp and wrap it all up in bacon.
Toothpick it together and take it to da grill.
Cuppa minutes and they're good to go.
