I was over at SMF earlier and read a post about trumper sample packs which I didnt know existed. So I checked it out and for about 5$ you can get samples of all their creams and fragrances. They also take requests of other samples you'd like to try. If you go to www.trumpers.com and go to the product pull down list and click n Geo. F Trumper Brochure you can buy a sample pack. Shipping is free!! Even to the US.
I'm not sure if anybody posted this around here but I've never seen it before and thought I'd share it with you all. I'm not sure if it should be in here or the shopping section or both. Feel free to move it mods.

I took advantage of the sample packs. A WONDERFUL sampling of the product.
WELL WORTH the cost for them to post it over here.
I HIGHLY recommend it
Mine came in two weeks ago... I especially like the deal on the skinfood. I understand it used to only be $4 and that the price only went up this year.
The Face bar also is worth it alone.

I just ordered mine. I cant wait! The shipping it would cost on any one of these samples is more than what it costs to pick this up. Its well worth the price.

I didnt know about theses Samples Good Call !
but the price is about $7,91 to be exact excluding the brochure. which is still a steal if you look at your getting 50ml of skin food in total ! NOT BAD at ALL !
I got two of these, and they mixed them up a little, so I was able to try all of the creams, and A LOT of colognes. Plus, the skin food is worth the price, and great for travel
I got what is listed there, plus 25ml of their Almond Body Wash and a bar of their almond soap.
It's a great deal.
Thanks for the heads up!
I just ordered mine today.

I got one of these last week. Is the orange glycerine bar that comes w/it the face bar you're talking about? I didn't know if it was a bath bar or a face bar and want to make sure I'm using it for what it was meant for.
thanks,

I didn't know if it was a bath bar or a face bar and want to make sure I'm using it for what it was meant for.I've taken it to be a smaller version of this bath soap (http://trumpers.com/product_detail.cfm?ProductID=111547126) (and without the rope obviously :) )

$30 for a freakin' bath soap (http://www.trumpers.com/product_detail.cfm?ProductID=111547126)!!!! And it appears to be the clear glycerine type, so it's not going to last like a triple mill.
Yeah, uhm, I'm glad they have these samples b/c there's no way I could ever try this soap for $30 for a 200g bar.
I don't know how big these sample bars are, but you could probably buy 5 of them and get the same amt of soap, + all the other extras.
I like some GFT items, but man, they're pretty proud of their stuff.

Joshua, They can and should charge whatever they see fit.
Buy a bunch of samples because, as you point out, you can get a goodly amount.
This is a service to try out a high end product that I can't afford and would NEVER have had the chance to experience save for the sampler.

I recieved my kit to day. To be completely honest I was a little bit dissapointed, but for the price I'm not. I should have specified what exactly I was looking for but wound up with some nice stuff. I now have some lime skin food and coral skin food. Almond body wash. Almond body bar. Almond, rose, coconut, and GFT shave cream samples. 6 or so calognes which I'm not particuarly interested in trying. I'll guess I'll trade them out at some point.

I thought the sampler was pretty generous, EXCEPT for the shaving cream samples.
Talk about tiny! Hardly enough for 1 shave, IMO!

Having not seen the size in person it looks like if you scrape every last ounce out you would have enough for one full shave. Hard to tell from the pic though.

I get 2 shaves out of each of the sample packs but I dont like the samples anyway. The coconut actually smells like coconut unlike the tube I already own. The GFT sample is not moisturizing at all and actually feels like its drying me out. The almond wasnt bad and the rose smells like candy. All I really wanted was the lime. As for the cologne....not impressed. The body bar was great for a day untill I got susies soaps. Now I'm just going to raid C.O. Biggelow and fill up a million sample jars for freeeeeee. I never knew you could do that untill the last time I was there. Time to make use of it.

Based on what I normally use, I think I can get two shaves out of each little sample pot. And the little 25 ml bottles of Skin Food will be great in my travel kit bag.

Really??
I guess I am just use to using more cream in a futile attempt to get through everything I have. :ashamed001
My sample creams weren't anywhere near full, or anything.

Mine either. I scooped half of it out with a Q Tips. I made 4 passes and had plenty to spare.
