Customizing Hyperlink in Signature

How do you get the hyperlink in your signature to say what you want, as opposed to just being the web address?

In particular, I'm trying to put a link to my shaving stuff collection: http://www.theshaveden.com/forum/showthread.php?t=4937
but I want it to say "Shave Cave"

As I recall, type in Shave Cave, then select. Click on the Insert Link icon (globe) and insert URL there.

and I'm just noticing now that it back-fills all my signatures.

Yep. You have only one sig. Same with your avatar. If you change it, the new one will show up on all of your posts.
