This old razor was great to learn with, easy to hone and strops up nicely. But, dang it was ugly with nasty looking bug bitten dried up scales. So off I go to the wood pile. Found another piece of Olive, done it up with CA, used the old spacer and new pins. Just a down and dirty job. Shaved with it tonight and the hairs jumped off my face. I love this thing and it's prettier now. :D

I want to take this opportunity to mention that I would use a bit more caution in posting innuendos. I believe you can make your point without them.

posting innuendos.

I would like to point out the definition of "inneundo".

in·nu·en·do (ĭn'yū-ĕn'dō) pronunciation
n., pl. -does.

1. An indirect or subtle, usually derogatory implication in expression; an insinuation.

Inneundo is acceptable, but the comment in question was NOT inneundo.

Those are some sweet looking Olive scales!

The final frontier...I can clean up a blade pretty well, but I really want to start making scales. I just have to have the time and equipment... oh, well, I can dream, anyway. Great job as usual, Dennis!!
