I've only seen the NOS in 5/8
I've contacted a knifemaking supplier about bog oak for scales. All the standard sizes here seem to be just short of what I'd need for scales :(
I'd love to do bog oak and briar!

Why not combine them to make a blended longer scale? I think that would be a nice mix of woods.
