The handle is shown here with badger from Muehle-Pinsel and the handle also appears on the Kent website filled with boars hair. I think I remember seeing two starter sets from Muehle-Pinsel with this brush in badger for $40 and in boar for $30, I'll remember where one of these days and update. :D
Is it possible that Muehle-Pinsel makes the boar brush that is labeled Kent at their website?

I suppose it is possible, perhaps the Duke will let us know.

On a side note, I own a Blue version of this Brush in Pure badger. Was decent until I moved up to the C&E BBB.

I have the Grey/Green version of the Muehle in badger and a small Edwin Jagger BBB, which I understand is the same as C&E BBB, and I think they are good brushes both of them and I can't say I prefer one before the other, really.

Think on a wider scale ;)

Let me put it this way: There are far fewer brush-manufacturers out there than you might think and Mühle makes brushes for many, many companies. You won't hear any (brand-)names from me, my lips are sealed :D
