If you've checked out our buddy Lee's homepage lately (www.leesrazors.com), you'll see these new 660's up for sale. I talked to Lee about these several months ago when he started working on developing a special brush with Vulfix to meet his specifications.

Lee is a big fan of soaps and many guys (myself included) that buy from him are almost exclusive soap users. I'm looking forward to trying this one out. My small super badger should be here in the next day or two :D

This doesn't make sense.

Vulfix 660 Super Badger:
Small 19mm - $43
Medium 26mm - $51
Large 20mm - $65

For 1mm more hair, you're paying $22 more and the Medium has more hair than the Large.

EDIT: When I move my mouse over the Medium brush, it says 26mm knot. When I actually click on Buy Me link, it says 19mm knot.

Lee's attention to detail strikes again! I hate those pop-up things anyway!

Does the Simpson "Special" Best Badger really have a 27mm knot? For only $52?

Errors occur, I'm sure that he'd be pleased to hear of any on his site.

I wasn't criticizing the site. I hope it didn't come out that way. This is the first time I've really looked over the site and I wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something.

I didn't think you were :)
But I do think that Lee needs to know.
Errors occur in my life on a daily basis..not a big thing..
But this is confusing and I think they are great prices tho I haven't held a Vulfix
:)

I saw that too, and I think the "Large" is supposed to be 30mm for $65.

Yeah, he has a few spots on his site where the measurements are off. I forgot to mention that to him last time we talked. You can always call him if you need clarification.

Just got my 660 in today. For the price this is a heck of a deal on a brush! I'm looking forward to giving it a test drive in the morning.

I'll try to get some pics up this evening.

I watched it on the site, and I oogled Vulfix's other brushes too, but this does look and sound like a winner! I like my EJ BBB and this bears some resemblance I think.

Thank you all for bringing the dimension mix ups to my attention. I will bring them to Drew's attention and we'll have it straightened out for you gentlemen. By all means, if you see a incorrect number, please call or write. I appreciate all of your input.
Thank you,
Lee

NO way !
I had one for awhile and that brush is very small.
Cant be more than an 18mm knot.....if its that big.
I'd say half the knot of my CH1

Hmmmm
So does anyone really know the knot/price size?

Mike

I'll point Lee over here, if he has time

As I was movin on up to get Lee's addie I reread Mike's review. He states that the 660 is a 19mm.
From what I've seen Mike knows his Vulfixes

Oh, yeah. Mike knows his brushes, period.

I'm looking closely at this one, and an Omega. Probably just get both! :D

Get 'em both Blair ;)

Heck, get a Simpsons too, you know you want to :rofl

Whole point with this one though, too cheap to pass up. It's not the most luxurious brush by any stretch, but it's a performer for the price. I'll likely pick up the medium size super as well.

Gotta buy the Chubby 1 first though :D

Thanks Mike for all of the information and the review. These brushes should be good news to someone just starting out and on a budget.
