I have taken Bill`s advice and this is how it turned out ,I hope I understood correctly ,I have enough material to make two more Then I`m taking a break for a while,its starting to get to me a little ,anyway it will be going on fleaboy tomorrow after its honed and I atleast have one shave with it ,I haven`t shaved for three days on purpose so I can give it a good test
The blade is a 7/8 W&B around 1870-80 the wedge is Australian Cook Town Iron Wood a very hard and dense timber the inside is finished in white, and yes they all line up(both sides no less):D

Wow!! Peter that razor is just outstanding, way to go. I have considered trying something like that but don't know if my tools will allow such intricate cutting.
