First, its important for me to say that I am not slighting the Shave Den's store in the least. I think that Kurt should consider Razor and Brush as well, they have a lot of excellent products at excellent prices. 80% of my blades come from that shop.

I'm sorry, but Kurt specifically asked about TSD creams and Method Shaving. If he had asked for recommendations on different sites to buy shaving cream, then your comments would be appropriate. As it is, IMO, they aren't.

It would be like someone asking "which TSD cream scent should I buy?", and you telling them to not waste their time, and go to a different site for creams. Which is fine if you had any experience with the product being inquired about.

And TSD store has excellent products, at excellent prices also.

I'm sorry I need coffee............

Perhaps, you aren't slighting TSD store, but you are slighting my products, which you have never tried.

I'm sorry everyone, but yeah, I'm going to take offense to that.

If you've tried my soap or cream and didn't care for it, that's fine. That's your opinion. You have the experience to base that opinion on. I won't fault anyone for that.

But to sit there and recommend something other than what is being asked about, without even having any experience with the inquired product. That is wrong. And I'll tell you.

JoAnna, you are 1 million per cent right about that. I'd take offence to if someone came to promote another company's product, without never trying first mine, and on top of that, if not before being asked. TSD stuff is for sure excellent, and sold at very, very good prices.

Come, come, JoAnna--if myself, I would ask let's say Mr. Jack Spratt about to suggest to me a shaving cream, and Mr. Herman Munster suggested to me something else without me asking first him, I would be not too happy.

I couldn't agree more. JB, you really should try TSD soaps before pushing someone else's - especially in a thread where the OP specifically asked about the TSD product. It's really quite good you know. And at $6.99 a pop, you can afford to try several.

If you still choose R&B, great. That's certainly up to you. But this was rather bad form. Don't you think?

Kurt, I can vouch very much for JoAnna--her stuff is super-good, at very nice prices, and with very effective service.

@JB--R&B has great stuff too, but as Michael said the stuff from TSD was asked about. You should think before you make a statement.

Just my 2 cents - TSD soaps are awesome, and have outperformed (IMHO) a major competitor in regard to both lathering and scent. This morning's Mayan Gold experience stayed with me the entire morning - and no, I'm not a late riser.

Ron, although I have only experience with TSD soaps, I believe the creams are wonderful as well.

Jeff - I plan to try the creams once my holiday stash gets depleted! By then I'm sure JoAnna will have whipped up some exotic new creams.
