Nice I didnt have to cook for a change..
Mom's famous Nasi recipe. but this time instead of using the chicken she used the duck I bought.
So the duck got baked in the oven then roasted in the end. it had been lying all night in a special marinade.
The rice is made a la Nasi Goreng but with our own spices
To spice it up there is a jambalaya sort of thing which basically is Chicken hearts and chicken liver made in soy Sauce with extra hot peppers you only take it as a side dish to spice your food up.
No stomache ache here .. pretty sploded though the duck leg took half the area of my plate !
For Drinks im washing it down with a lychee beverage ( the asian fruit Lychee and they made some sort of bubbles champagne thing of it. very nice only 5% alcohol.)
Various stuff, but who cares? Here's an unrelated pic.
