a quick, but good shave this morning. The Floid a/s smells so delightful, and it adds more cooling after the shave. Blix Fresh cream looks almost exactly like Euro Classic Palmolive, with the same great lather, and skincare, and there's a light menthol cooling to it. ;) :D

I haven't used another brush since I received the Shavemac :o The handle is just perfect for me :) 50mm knot is sweet too :D

Indeed, it makes great lather with cream, but I prefer using it with soaps.

Besides the handle being ideal, the brush really excels when face lathering because it is extremely precise. Meaning, the lather goes exactly where you want.

I've noticed the precision as well, it's really easy to get the lather around the nose / upper lip...without any mess...I can also get the lather along the ear-line sideburn area perfectly....

I don't seem to recall this precise action with my other Shavemacs :confused: I love it :cool:

*That’s a fleck of something on the edge. The blade is almost perfect. The gold wash is almost gone except for the area right next to the scales. It is an amazingly smooth little razor. It took a wicked edge off the pasted strop and just scared the whiskers off my face! It needs to be rescaled. Sits crooked in these and they don’t look to good anyway. May be this will be my first attempt at custom rescaling.

**A tad sweet to start, but dries to a really pleasant Violet scent. Goes very well with Sues Parma Violets SS, and I can’t wait to pair it up with QED Violetta.

who ever caused Coatees to stop producing this Tea Tree SC should be hanged or shot.. it ROCKS ! Mama Bear’s Dragons Tears shaving soap… what can I say? I bought this soap on a whim and when I smelled it for the first time I thought to myself “uh oh, big mistake”. Well, not so; this soap has really grown on me. The orange scent was so much of a departure from my usual fare, that I just needed to give it a chance, and I’m glad I did.
