Thanks, Lee. But I don't imagine it's a very good idea to email credit card info. Something to think about anyway.

I e-mail credit card info all the time but I divide it into two to four e-mails, the number in one, expiration date in another, etc. I suppose this is trivial security and just creates work for the seller. E-mail interception is very, very rare so I don't think it deserves further security. My bank offers single-use numbers but those are a nuisance.

The only time I encountered credit card fraud was many years ago when a waiter in a restaurant made two impressions of my card and later ran the second one through. That was an American Express card and they take fraud very seriously. I had no trouble getting the fraudulent charge removed from my statement.

Nice prices, Lee!

Things can obviously happen with any transaction, but i'll vouch for lee being an upfront guy. I've bought from him several times, and it couldn't have been smoother.

I also have been a customer at Lee's a few times and can say that he has been nothing but quick and the quality is without question. I believe his reputation speaks for itself at this point.

I was IN NO WAY trying to imply anything negative about Lee!!! I simply feel that putting your credit card info out there via an unsecured email it's not the safest thing to do to. Lee is NOT who I would be worried about!

Lee, if you interpreted my note the same way these guys apparently did, my sincere apologies! I haven't (yet) purchased from you, but it certainly doesn't mean I won't or that I distrust you in any way. Just the luck of the draw so far.

Nah Fergie I am sure these were (at least for me) Just votes of general confidence in Lee as a seller more than a reaction to your concerns. After all the idea to split your CC into a number of emails was already brought up.. and there is always other methods to go around as well.

Yeah Fergie.......all votes of confidence here. Nothing reflecting on your suggestion at all.

Michael, why are you bashing Lee and dragging him through the mud? :D

As if I wasn't already in enough hot water!! Thank you sooo much, Johnnie!

Just for that, instead of a Tulip, I recommend a Wee Scot! They're a little on the floppy side and you may need a larger bowl, but I think you'll like it! An excellent brush for creams! :rofl

If you have a concern about your credit card, call him direct and bypass the email. Lee is an honest vendor. I too would not email by credit card info.
