Got me a lather-less puck of sandalwood recently,
Now I know that some of you here know about the whole old formula doesn't work with MP soaps thing...
AMAZING true sandalwood, (very close to Charles' QED Sandalwood) but no lather whatsoever. Spent $15 on the thing, what do you guys suggest I do?
best to you,

Moe, I hear you, my friend, because I once had a Muhle aloe soap from the old formulation which I wound up showering with. Now, on the other hand, Muhle's new formulated soaps lather beautifully, and the lather is very stable and full, and it lasts long enough for you to enjoy as many passes as you want.

Apart from agreeing with Jeff about the new MP formula.. I can only suggest superlather.. Mix MP with some lower grade scentless cream.. Otherwise.. You have a nice smelling expensive shower-soap..
I know its a PIA.. but you still should try the new Muehle soap.. Great stuff..

Yep.
Load up that brush with your soap and then add a squirt of kissMyFace unscented cream.
That'll work just fine.

You might also want to try it as is, but with more water than you think necessary. Not a clue about M-P soap (didn't even know they MADE soap), but that has worked for me with other stuff. Worth a shot anyway.

try putting a few drops of glycerin on the soap before trying to make a lather.
