1. Great scent needs more power :D.

2. Very, Very Slick.

3. Great moisturizing.

3. Lather faded fast, only good for 1 pass, you need to start over to get a second pass so on and so on.

4. I love slick soap but if you are someone who needs cushion and not slickness, you are not going to like it.

A couple of things of note...

1. The Kent Bk4 is much better when I don't shake the majority of the water from the soak out of it. I just lift it up out of the water, let the water run out (it's like turning a freakin faucet on) and give it one good shake. The resulting lather is cushiony and the brush feels like a down comforter on my face

2. Is it just me or does Sandalwood smell a whole lot better on a cold morning?

The Kent cream is great stuffs!!! I got it yesterday, and I'd rank its Menthol content as somewhere between Proraso and Noxema .... closer to Noxema. Not quite as much Menthol kick as the Italian Palmolive (that one has the most of the Big Company brands), but it's kickin... no doubt! The smell has a semi-soapy scent, and I caught whiffs of something floral now and then during the shave. VERY nice!!

Yeah, I know what you mean. In terms of price per oz. it doesn't hold a candle at all to Ingrams, Italian Palmolive, etc. But in my never-ending quest to try all things Menthol at least once, I had to take the plunge. ;)

I probably won't be ordering it again once I use this up -- but that's simply because of price... NOT performance. So far (granted only a single shave) it held its own against anything cheap OR expensive.

Tabac, Tabac---I should shave more often with it, because I have a bowl that's used perhaps 6 times, a stick that's not even a quarter used, and a brand-new stick still in the box. This soap is so good! This Max a/s is becoming my favorite as well, I really enjoy the scent, and the super cooling it gives. ;) :D
