Ohh.. I get nightmares just to see that picture.. When I worked in the restaurant I made up to 50 Paninis every day.. :eek:

But it is rather nice eating anyhow.. Enjoy :cool:

I love a good panini. It's so much more than the sum of it's ingredients. How do you go about making the bread used?

No bread maker yet and sourdough is just to time consuming. I just buy me some good sourdough or Italian!
