Hello all. I am new to the Den and know some of you from other forums. This seems a friendly place and I am always looking to increase my knowledge of wet shaving. I already have many AD's because of wet shaving which to me is not a bad thing. I have many vintage Gillette's, soaps and several aftershaves and EDT's and am hooked on bay rum at the moment. If I can overcome my fear I may try a straight sometime in the future.

My favorite razor so far is the late 40's Aristocrat and the superspeeds. The red tip superspeed comes to the front in the superspeed category but I like the others too. My favorite blade is the Astra Superior Platinum but I have many more to try in my sampler pack so maybe I will find another nice surprise in there. Hey I wanna go shave.

You may recognize me 2Sharp from some other forums. I have found that the people here tend to be a lot nicer than those on other forums. I tend to learn more from these people then any other forums.
