I have two new members for my Gillette Super Speed collection on the way. I have a 40s Gillette Super Speed and a Gillette Super Speed Red Tip. Once I have these in hand the only thing that I will need is blue tip and I will have an entire collection one of each model super speed.

Really nice pipe. Care to share the details?
Nothing too fancy. It’s a Vauen Pipe of the Year 2007. I was quite curious to try a pipe with a carbon filter. I’ll try the pipe with both carbon and non-carbon filters and see what happens with my mouth.

My turn to brag a bit. I came home from a hard day at the office today and found two shipments waiting for me. Boy wasn't I happy. I got two 40s Super Speeds (Can never have twoo many in my opinion) and a red tip. Now the only thing I need to complete my collection is a blue tip. I am going to look around the web a few times before making any offers.
Oh, also got a 70s Super Speed for my pop to go along with the 50s and the Crab Tree and Evelyn Sandlewood that I bought for him. He has a brush so he should be good.

Just to clarify, I'm the one who said I could add Olbas Oil to the mix not Issy. I don't want to get Issy in trouble. :D Although, I'm sure Issy could whip up some menthol to go with his pain cream. After shave balm is a potential I would think. Now you have me wondering.
My heavy duty pain gel has the following:
Active Ingredient: Capsaicin (0.025%)
Other Ingredients: Deionized Water, Chamomile Extract, Carbomer 940, Polysorbate 20, Triethanolamine, Propyl Gallate, Methylparaben, Imidazolidinyl Urea, Propylparaben, Fragrance.
As you can see, Issy's pain cream is a much kinder/gentler formula and one I would use for normal aches and pains.

Today was a good day...
I got the Kent Bk4 I bought on Oct. 1, recieved Leisure Guy's Guide to Gorumet Shaving (http://leisureguy.wordpress.com/) that I won in a contest (thanks again Leisure Guy!), and a boat load of free blades with each package. The to packages of Wilkonson Swords are slightly different. One is made in Germamy and one in London. The third pack doesn't say. Are there any differences in these blades besides where they're made?
The Bk4 is my first silvertip. I was shocked during the cleaning I gave it to see how much water it took and how much bigger it was when it bloomed! Feels WAY softer than my C&E Best Badger brush. Can't wait to use it...

I got a new hone to try out :)
A 7" x 1.5" Escher that to my eyes, has a slight greenish tint to it. A very cool looking hone, and it is surprisingly heavy for it's size...It feels like the stone is Incredibly Dense as the hone is surprisingly heavy.....It lapped up to a glass like surface that is noticeably smoother that my vintage combination blue / yellow coticule..or my German Hunsrueck / Eifel hone.
Never tried one of these before, so I will have to see if it lives up to the hype.....;)

$14 Not much of a bargain but I don't use much cologne so it will last me a long time. I'll give the feminine scents to my wife.

Send them an e-mail and ask for one, I did and they sent me one. I explained that I was very interested in their offerings but needed a sample before purchasing....

Yep, they didn't send any shaving cream, but they sent the frag's. I actually called them (Penhaligons), they had a number on their website. Well worth the phone call;)
