Since geting hooked on wet shaving I have managed to put together a respectable shave den. Below is a few pics of it: first pic is the whole collection together, next one is the super speeds and the third is the three piece ones.

That's not water. That's for the used blades. I once threw out a blade directly into the garbage and my wife came through changing the garbage bag the next day and cut her hand. I took a bottled water container took off the wraper and stowed in in the corner and put the used blades in there. Now when the bottle is full I chuck the bottle and start the whole process all over again.

Very nice. If you ever come across glass milk bottles, that might be a decorative container for you. I have 3 bottles here in my apt atm. Not using them for blades though :P

That would be them, that's the inside card, then they just throw on a topper. Crystal, etc...

You would win the $20 Mottern Man. Those are indeed crystals. Any pointers on storage would be helpful. Since I got another shipment today I will need to update the pictures shortly.

I keep my blades in a nice wooden box, I just stack the 10/5 packs in there and leave one back on top of the box. The box then goes into a low drawer to prevent water getting at it from shower steam.

I don't know how you knew, Donnie, that blade was a fugazi ;)

That's an idea, however why do you need to protect the blades from the steam? Here are some photos of the recent razor haul, the second is all of the super speeds together:

Nope there is none there. There is six silver tips and a red tip. Looking for one last piece to the collection a blue tip. I heard that the black tips are not real good.

I can see I need to give up the straights for a while and start with the DE's. Those are some great looking razors.

Thanks for sharing.

You think so. None of my super speeds would win a glamor contest. I don't think that they look good just shave real well. :rofl

Ya but I'm a a user collector to so mine aren't that pretty ether. But they work and wouldn't it be interesting to here the story of the person or persons behind each one. Or how many cadavers they have shaved.

Each one would have a real interesting tale to tell if they could talk. Personally I would rather they not talk. I have a Gillette Speedway that is approximatly 104, if that thing could talk it would be able to tell some tales that would make your hair stand on end. Imagine the number of cadavers that Speedway has been through in the last 104 years.

None of my good shaving razors is super purty, but they get the job done, and that's all I care about. Nice collection!
