I have a sneaking suspicion my wife is going to bust my chops, yank my chain and cause me no end of grief. She's hiding a Target bag and she said it was a shave related gift. I don't think it's a found "stash" of Proraso either. :D If it's what I think it is, I may have to kill her. :rofl

The thumb/finger hole works great. I love the stiff wool as well. Both sides have oxides imbedded. The other side of the grey is the green .5 micron, with the grey being a little more aggressive. This thing works great. Before you ask, I don't think you can get one anytime soon. Go to Keith's site (http://www.handamerican.com/)and sign up to be a member.

Criminal, I tell ya ;)
Good lookin baccy there, ol' boy.
Report back on your likes and dislikes.
.....never had that Peterson SR
I just sniffed the stuff. To my nose, the most pleasant are Hal O’ the Wynd, Old Gowrie, Marlin Flake and Brown Clunee. They share some notes but are of very different strength. Red Rapparee is quite pleasant too. Charles Mixture is a category of its own: strongly flavoured, on the pervasive side. It may be either a nice, light pleasure or a sickly-sweet disaster.
My problem now: I need other pipes to avoid cross-contamination. I’m already eyeing a classic briar pipe for October. Are meerschaum pipes really that different in taste? I don’t like their look, but I found some nice briar pipes with meerschaum chambers.

30s Brass 3 piece Gillette Tech. The one I got in the distressed razor lot was unsalvageable. I picked this really nice one up for <$10 and it included a box of Gillette Blue Blades.

Old Spice original (Shulton's) 6.75 oz. A/S splash
Gift Set Old Spice Original (Shulton's) 2.75oz. A/S splash and Cologne
Both from the recent ebay stash find. I agree about the deterioration in the scent on the smaller bottles. You can definitely tell the difference in scent between the small A/S and the larger A/S bottle. I guess the plastic travel containers didn't maintain the scent as well. Plus, the smaller bottles have noticeable discoloration, etc. But it's all good... awesome find and the big splash bottle is JUST like I remember my Dad smelling like growing up.

I love them W&B razors too! It needed some cleaning up. Some maas and a dremel did wonders. However, the scales have a few bites. And I may have gone a little too crazy trying to give the blade an edge (some wear on the spine). Perhaps I'll send it out for a true refurb.
Thanks guys.
