WWW.SUPERLATHER.COM (http://WWW.SUPERLATHER.COM) IS OPEN AT LAST!!
Go here-
http://www.superlather.com
The website is functional and everything that's available now has an add to cart button beside it. The Italian merchandise is still on hold owing to the supplier being away on holiday until September but I plan on using this as an opportunity to order more Floid. If you're interested in any of the Italian items let me know at help@superlather.com. All of the Italian items are low stock or by request until I see how they fare in the sales category. The only Italian item that is a regular stock item right now is the Noxzema.
All business inquiries, concerns, and heaven forbid complaints, need to be addressed to help@superlather.com. I promise I read them all and respond as quickly as possible. Once I get a business phone I will incorporate that into the website. In the meantime all patrons will receive my personal contact details.
I will continue to tweak the website going forward hopefully making it function better as well as adding to or modifying product. A few people have requested I add some product lines. The Floid page is a result of one such request. I am looking into others but for the moment this is a humble enterprise and I have to crawl before I can walk. But with the good folk in the shave forums sending me their hard earned shekels I hope to be running in no time.
I have tested the website in FireFox and IE. In IE the .png files aren't displaying correctly. You will note them by their blue backgrounds. I haven't taken the time to diagnose this problem but I shall. In Firefox there is a slight bug with the PayPal shopping cart. When you click add to cart it does it in another tab that usually opens behind the window you're in. When you click on that window and then hit "continue shopping" so that you can go back to the website nothing happens. This is a PayPal bug and they apparently have no desire to remedy it. I expect Firefox to address it soon. All you have to do though is click on the tab of the window you were in previously and you are back to the website. No data is lost. Let me know if there are any other problems. The shopping cart works properly in IE however.
The shipping is a flat rate of $7.00 for all customers in the US, UK, and Canada. It will ship either Parcel Post or Priority in the US dependent upon weight. It will go First Class International to the UK and Canada. If you are not a resident of either of these countries contact me first at help@superlather.com and we will work it out.
I only accept PayPal online. Your credit and debit cards are welcome. As far as I know I have all of the "switches" properly thrown on the cart processing software but let me know if I don't.
I will accept both domestic and international postal money orders for the amount of purchase however. If you wish to pay this way email me before placing your order.
So there you have it! Now go buy some Eurocreams at Superlather.com and feel free to post your positive testimonials here in this thread as I plan on loading them up to the website in a "Customer's Comments" page or some such.
For those that don't know me and are wondering who I am and if I can be trusted you can check me out on Ebay as mjl1297. I've got perfect feedback there and you can pm me or email me for more credentials if you need them I have no problem with that! :)
Cheers!

Thanks Blair!
I've updated the website with some in stock product pictures and some product reviews with the personal touch. I hope you guys find it helpful.
The Italian product is on the way and should be here in the next few weeks. I have been in contact with a new Italian supplier over the weekend and he should be able to get the product to me much quicker at a lower shipping cost. I am waiting to hear back from him now. I will keep you posted as to how that goes. I will also be able to get some products from him that my other Italian supplier doesn't stock (large tubs of Proraso, a few other Italian creams, etc.) so I'm looking forward to that.
I am also waiting to hear back from my UK supplier to see if I can get you US blokes some Gillette Swedes at reasonable prices. I don't know why I never thought to ask before. What have you been paying for your Swedes in the past?
So stay tuned as the best is yet to come.

Mark, sorry I have been gone for a few days and did not see this post. I have slowed down on buying the Swedes since I now am most often using a SER, but I usually get them from The English Shaving Company (http://www.theenglishshavingcompany.com) because I like their other products and their service is top-notch. They aren't the cheapest, but I usually find something else that I am interested in to make it less painful on shipping! :D

Hi everyone!
Italian product should be here soon. All of the Floid is sold and another order is working and I hope to have it in hand a little quicker this time around. I will be placing the second order with the new supplier who should be able to get it here in a shorter time frame for about the same shipping cost. If he can-and I SOOO hope he can-I will soon be upgrading the Floid aftershaves to a regular stock item instead of a low stock/preorder item. Going forward I will only stock the 400ml sizes of the Floid aftershaves. I will not stock the 75ml any longer.
Please check Superlather.com (http://www.superlather.com) daily for updates because everything that's on the website isn't necessarily mentioned here.
I have decided not to stock any blades at Superlather.com as John over at westcoastshaving.com (http://www.westcoastshaving.com) is already doing the job and doing it well. I will be linking him from my website. Blades get me away from my focus and I'm happy to echo Will's recommendation in a previous post.
So give your shaving life purpose and visit Superlather.com (http://www.superlather.com/) daily (or several times a day!) for the finest in European shaving products at great prices!

Blue Floids and regular Floids are on the way. My current shipment is already sold out. I will be placing another order for a lot more Floid and other Italian product the first of the week. I need to get my stocks up in the Italian product. I do have decants of the Floid Blue right now if you need some to tide you over. The good news is that from now on I will be choosing express shipping so it won't take as long to arrive.
Regarding the atomisers those things aren't cheap. They retail for about $6.00 and I wonder if folk would be willing to pay that for them. Let me know!
Don't forget to keep checking Superlather.com daily and thanks for your interest.

PRESENT FROM ITALY!
http://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b227/mjl1297/Italiansampler.jpg
A sampling of what just arrived the other day! :D Check http://www.superlather.com for updates. I am in the process of bringing the website current to reflect the inventory changes.
All of the Floid is sold. More will soon be on the way from another supplier I've found. If you are interested in the Floid it is best to email or pm me with your particular requirements and that way you can be assured of having some reserved for you. Because of the weight limits and the extraordinarily high shipping costs on the Floid, I am forced to keep the orders small so it helps to get on the list in advance. I will not invoice you until the Floid arrives so there is no requirement to pay in advance. Floid is a regular stock item it's just hard to keep in stock in any quantity because of the shipping restrictions (bad thing) and the demand (good thing :D).
I will be invoicing those who have preordered the Floid. I will also be contacting the individuals who specifically reserved the Noxzema and Italian Palmolive formulations.
Get your orders in now for the Italian product as it looks to sell out quickly. I am already getting another order together from the first supplier as soon as his stocks are replenished. More Floid will soon be on the way as well.
More UK product is also on the way and should arrive next week.
One other thing I must mention here. In the past whenever someone has ordered from me and I'm out of an item I have afforded them the option of a partial refund or to go ahead and pay and accept the item under separate cover with me covering the shipping on the second parcel. I will continue to do this for the UK products however due to the high shipping costs associated with the Italian product I will not be able to do that. If you order an Italian item and I am out of stock I will refund the money, note your interest, and when the next shipment comes in I will email or pm you to see if you still want the product at which time you can reorder-sort of an unofficial preorder if you will. I know it's not an ideal arrangement but it's the best I can come up with for the moment and I hope everyone understands.
I do want to thank everyone for being so patient with this first shipment from Italy. Hopefully, the next ones will come even quicker and arrive undamaged like this one.
Now get on over to http://www.superlather.com.

Just posted some updates on Superlather.com. It was especially necessary in light of some "upgrades" that PayPal made to the shopping cart software.
From my website-
Due to changes made by PayPal to their shopping cart software your shipping and handling charges will not display until you get ready to check out. You have to enter either your zip code or your country of origin if outside the US before it displays your shipping charges. Why PayPal has chosen to do this is beyond me since it was working fine the way it was. Please note that on orders to the US, Canada, and the UK, I typically charge a flat $7.00. If you reside in a country other than those three, please contact me at help@superlather.com for an invoice and please provide a backup email address if at all possible in the event I am unable to reply to the one you've sent me as this has happened before.
I have updated a couple of other pages as well so be sure to visit and hit the refresh button to make sure you have the latest.
I have added a way to order the Floid decants from my website.
I would appreciate it if everyone would include a backup email address in their communications to me from now on. I recently had a customer inquire about Floid decants and I could not respond to his provided email address as it kept being returned to me.
Italian products should ship during the first part of the week!
Thanks everyone for your patience and support!

Just a brief update.
I have two Floid orders working. One is on the way and due to arrive any day now. The second and larger one has been delayed in shipping and I'm working to resolve it with the courier. It has something to do with processing over in Italy on orders submitted online from the type of account I have with them. Hopefully I will get this problem resolved soon.
Anyway the first Floid order is a smaller one so I will be filling them in the order I received reservation requests as that is the only fair way to do it I think.
Just thought I would keep you posted. See what I go through to get you guys a bit of Floid? :D
All of my other orders (UK and Italian) are on target and should be here next week.

Guys more of the UK product is in! :)
Heard from my courier today and the big Floid order is on its way!!!
My other Italian shipment (some Floid, Nox, Palms, and Gillettes) is coming any day now.
Stay tuned to the website and check for product updates and additions.
When the Floid gets here I will start emailing people in the order of reservation telling them their order is ready so watch for that.
I've had several people ask what all is involved in reserving a bottle of Floid. It's pretty simple really. All you do is send an email to me at help@superlather.com and indicate your preference and quantity requirements. No prepayment and no deposit just wait until you hear
from me.
I've also been asked why I'm taking orders ahead. It's just worked out that way. This is still a business very much in its infancy and I have to be careful how much product I order. Of all the products I stock the Floid is the heaviest and costs the most to ship. Shipping charges are horrendous from Italy on light parcels and a six pack of Floid weighs about six pounds. So the weight is a restriction. So rather than telling everyone to watch for the "In Stock" notice on my website and potentially miss out I started taking reservations on a "first come, first served" basis and so far it has worked out really well and everyone has been very understanding and patient.
I will be updating my shopping cart sometime this weekend. I long ago realised the limitations of PayPal's anemic cart and it's clear they are going to do nothing to improve it. I mean they've been "working " on it for years now. My main complaint is there is no way to do dynamic lookups on the shipping costs and accurately bill shipping. I've been charging a flat rate of $7.00 but this is not the ideal solution. For one thing if a customer just wants to pick up a single tube of the Erasmic or one stick he's going to balk at paying a $7.00 shipping fee. And I don't blame him. My solution to this has been to refund a couple of dollars when people have made purchases like this but I'm sure a few folk have escaped my notice. I hate paying high shipping as much as the next guy and doubtless it has cost me a few smaller orders. On the other hand when I get a big order it rapidly eats up $7.00. I need to strike a balance and this new cart will do real time look ups and cost the shipping according to weight and distance. I make no money on shipping. The only thing I will be including above shipping charges is a small handling fee to help defray the costs of shipping supplies.
So far all has gone well and I've received many constructive comments and compliments both on and off forum. I appreciate it. The goal of this undertaking was threefold-
1: to afford wetshavers a reliable and affordable source for hard to find European creams and aftershaves
2: to have fun serving the wetshaving fraternity whilst doing it
3: to make absolutely certain I never ran out of shaving cream or soap again! :D
It seems to be working so far!
I do take seriously all requests for product additions. Not too long ago I had a request for Wars and Lider creams. These are Polish creams and unfortunately none of my current suppliers stock them or can get them. So I will not be carrying them in the foreseeable future. I've also had requests for a couple of British creams that I'm currently looking into but have not found a supplier for yet.
I have had some requests for Proraso. I made the decision not to stock Proraso due to its ready availability elsewhere and the fact that C.O. Bigelow markets a rebranded version of it through Bath and Body Works which is where I purchase mine when I need some. However, I have had a number of people ask about the 500ml tubs of Proraso Pre/Post and the 500ml tube of Proraso Green. I do not stock these but if you want them you can reserve it just like a bottle of Floid and I will get it for you. The price for either one is $12.00. I will be adding this information to the website later but you heard it here first!!
Thanks everyone and keep checking Superlather for all the shaving news that is shaving news! :D
ONE OTHER THING THE COURIER SHIPMENT SHOULD BE HERE IN DAYS NOT WEEKS! SO KEEP YOUR FINGERS CROSSED!!

Besides, it wasn't our intent in starting TSD's store to make any vendors feel uncomfortable here. We just thought it was a good way to let anyone who wants to help support the forum, be able to, and get something useful in return.

ACRES OF FLOID!!
http://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b227/mjl1297/DSC_0655.jpg
As most of you already know the large order of Floid is in. It only took a few days to arrive. The smaller order from Italy with a bit more Floid and most of my creams should be here some time this week. I want to thank everyone for being so patient and now your patience is about to be rewarded.
Anyway I will start invoicing later today when I get home. I'm at work right now so it can't be done at the moment. As stated before I will be going by the order your reservation was placed as I think that is the only fair way to do it.
I will be placing another order for more Floid this Friday which should arrive next week some time. If I can't fill your reservation from this order, don't worry, I haven't forgotten you-I will get you on the next order. If you want to reserve a bottle of Floid now is a good time to do it.
Also if you are interested in the following:
Proraso Pre/Post cream 500ml Tub
Proraso Shaving Cream 500ml Tube
P160 Shaving Soap
Let me know as I will add them to the order. These are by request items only and will likely remain so for the foreseeable future. I will be adding them to the website as such in the next day or two. The retail price for each item is $12.00.
Anyway look for your invoices. Email me at Superlather.com with questions. Get your reservations in by Friday for my next order if you are interested. I will be ordering some extra Floid in an attempt to get a bit of stock ahead but I do want to make sure everyone that wants to reserve has the opportunity to do so.
Many thanks guys!
Joch, Joanna is correct in that I only sell the 400ml size of Blue and Regular.

Just a very quick update guys-
Some of you may have had some orders go through Superlather without the shipping charges being assessed. This can be attributed to yet another one of PayPal's submoronic "upgrades" to their shopping cart. PayPal's motto:"If it ain't broke-FIX IT!" I have that straightened out and I believe I've contacted everyone that had an order process incorrectly.
In the next few days, I will be upgrading the shopping cart to a third party cart. I have already purchased it and am tinkering around with the code and doing test pages offline. Once it goes live which will be this week sometime hopefully, I will be able to offer dynamic shipping lookup with an option of more than one provider. The cart will figure shipping based on weight and distance so the charges will be a bit more realistic which will benefit us all. The only charges above actual shipping costs will be a small handling fee to cover the costs of packing materials.
I have everyone's product reservations and will be placing the orders with my Italian suppliers as soon as they get back from holiday. Apparently this past weekend was a religious holiday which took in Monday as well since I didn't hear back from any of them. I do plan to make some telephone calls when I get home in the morning.
All of the paid Floid orders have shipped. There are a couple of orders waiting for payment processing as I write this but they will be going soon. Some of you have already received yours and I hope you are enjoying them. A big thank you to everyone for coming through and making www.Superlather.com (http://www.Superlather.com) a roaring success. I plan to order some stock ahead on the next Floid order and keep some on hand.
I am still waiting on the Italian shipment with the Palmolive Menthols to arrive. Technically it is not late but it is taking longer than my previous order. It won't actually be overdue until Thursday but I am already starting to get a little uneasy in my mind. As a result, barring any unforeseen complications, I plan to start importing all of my Italian orders via my courier from now on. The shipping costs are higher but if I place large enough orders it should defray the costs enough that I can preserve the current pricing structure. I will continue to import the UK items by post however.
In the coming weeks I plan to add a page showing items that I do not regularly stock but can order by request. I also plan to be adding two Italian creams in the near future to the regular stock pages.
I continue to look for suppliers for the Pitralon and the Spanish Floids so stay tuned for that. That's all for now and thanks again everyone!!

Thanks for the kind words. I have been double wrapping but in the case of the Floids I would rather overpack than underpack so in goes another layer of life preserving bubblewrap.
I will be getting more Italian orders off as soon as I hear back from them. They have been delayed due to a religious holiday over there. One of the suppliers is working on my proforma invoice and the other is planning on calling me back tomorrow. All future orders will be courier delivered and will come pretty quick once they get going. The Italian orders just process a little bit differently i.e. slower but it is worth the wait once they get here.
Stay tuned.

Greetings all!
There are changes and updates to the website so go check it out. I have added a new Gillette formulation for Sensitive Skin that you will want to try.
I am still coding the new shopping cart. The biggest change concerns shipping. Due to postal issues that I have been having recently I am now insuring all domestic orders and only shipping foreign orders Priority Mail Insured. I will continue to offer First Class Mail International only if the customer accepts the risk for loss and the certainty of lengthy shipping delays particularly if you live in Canada. Priority Mail Insured will cost a bit more but shorter delivery times and peace of mind are worth something I think.
At the moment the flat rate continues to be assessed by PayPal until I implement the new cart and charge accurate shipping fees. The flat fee will suffice for most orders and I will only invoice for additional shipping if absolutely necessary. In order to make the insurance more affordable I have reduced my handling fee.
I hope to have the shopping cart up and going in the coming week.
Many thanks to everyone!

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!!
Please see the website for the announcement about the Ingram Lather Shaving Cream in the Blue Label. If you want to try it and you haven't yet, you might want to be quick about it as Lornamead UK is discontinuing it. A sad day for wetshavers indeed! The deuce of it is their intention to continue to produce the Green Label (brushless) in spite of the fact that the Lornamead UK spokeswoman told me that it is actually the least popular of the two!
I have had a run on my stocks the last day or two and have placed another large order. I will continue to offer it as long as I can. I am taking reservations so if you want to get a tube (or more) now might be a good time. You don't pay until I'm ready to ship as usual. I sell it for $8.00 a tube and I will hold that price my wetshaving brethren!
Of course it might not hurt if the wetshaving faithful dispatched a few e-missives to the suits at Lornamead UK voicing your displeasure.
RIP Ingram Blue Label

Greetings all! I've been planning an announcement for the last few days but I've been awaiting word from a few suppliers on products and this weekend I had an allergic reaction to something I ate which caused a slight cardiac episode so I've been sidelined part of the time. All's well now though! :D
Firstly, I will be going live with my new shopping cart sometime today or tomorrow. All is in readiness and I think it will improve your shopping experience. I will continue to use PayPal as the payment gateway and all your financial details will only be disclosed to them but all the items will now be added to the cart within my website and weight and distance based shipping charges will be figured in real time from the cart. At the moment domestic customers can choose from FedEx, UPS, and USPS. I will be adding DHL to that list once the module to support it is released. International customers at the moment only have the USPS to choose from although perhaps I will one day be able to add some other couriers to that admittedly short list should they be able to do something about the staggering duties and fees that are assessed. I continue to encourage all of my customers to opt for the Priority International Insured as the delivery option as it is really making a difference so far.

Regarding new products the following applies:
-I will be adding the Spanish Floids. I have a deal working to get a
supply to tide me over until the supply line is functional between me and my
contact in Spain
-I have spoken to the manufcturer of Swiss Pitralon and I am waiting to hear from
them regarding suppliers of that product
-I have emailed a supplier of the Austrian Pitralons and am waiting to hear back
from them
These things take time to get working. It took about a month to get the Italian Floid lines provisioned and supply ready.
I have been having some problems with the USPS and delivery times on parcels. Not just First Class but even Priority parcels. I had one instance where five parcels posted on the fifth of November apparently travelled 45 miles to the Memphis sorting facility and then spent six days languishing in a corner there before the USPS even bothered to scan them for delivery confirmation. It was another week and a half before they got to their destinations. I currently am watching a Priority parcel that has been on its way to Connecticut since Nov. 13. I could go on. That sort of slipshod service is indefensible. So much so that I've even entertained the idea of removing USPS as a vendor from the domestic options even though the other two couriers cost more there is at the very least accountability and the impression that someone cares enough to do something about it. I haven't done it yet but I encourage everyone to at least look at the prices offered by FedEx and UPS (and eventually DHL) before choosing the shipping option. Just a thought. ADDENDUM: that parcel has just left Jersey City heading for Maryland on the 26th!! Apparently the Cro-Magnons up there don't have any maps! This is ridiculous! I'm really considering eliminating the USPS as a vendor of choice now on the domestic shipments.
My Italian order with more Floid and the Proraso has been delayed a couple of times due to supply side issues and once due to me adding more product so I apologise to you guys that have been waiting forever but it will leave Italy Thursday or Friday according to the supplier and it should be here next week sometime so a little more patience please.

You're fortunate indeed Joanna. I'm not going to eliminate the USPS as a vendor yet mainly because I have had requests to let it be but I have a Priority Mail Insured package that has been in transit for FIFTEEN days now! I could have driven to Connecticut and delivered it myself-and at a leisurely pace! I'm just glad the customer is an understanding one.

BTW everyone when you add an item to the cart you are then taken to the cart level of the website. You can continue your Superlather shopping experience there but if you want to get back to the "store" level or the regular webpages and check out my cleverly crafted website (and honestly who doesn't?) just click on Superlather Home in the upper left navigation box or Continue Shopping under the order coupon. I plan to tweak the website to make this more evident as soon as I get the time.
There was also a report of the website putting up a security certificate warning when completing the PayPal transaction. This had to do with a setting in my preferences and I believe I have this corrected now so let me know. Oddly enough this message didn't show running a trial transaction from my computer but that may have been because it was going through my test account but I honestly don't know.
Anyway keep me posted if you come across any other problems or questions about the new cart.

To users of IE7 and the security certificate message on my website
If you place an order through my website you will likely at some point have a security certificate message pop up wishing to know if you want to view the security certificate associated with my website. My SSL is provided through my webhost Hostmonster.com and if you elect to read the message that is basically what it is telling you. As far as I know this is browser specific and only happens with IE7. Be assured all of your financial details are still safe as those are only given to PayPal on their site and not to me. I could stop this by purchasing my own SSL and adding it to my website but that would add a bit to my operating expenses and the website would have to go down for awhile to allow my webhost to make some necessary changes to my account in order to accommodate the new SSL and I'd rather avoid that.
This information is also found on my website under the NEWS heading.

Just a brief update here.
Due to an operational change with my courier the Italian Floid shipment has been delayed. This same change is holding up the Spanish Floid shipment. I have forwarded the additional paperwork the courier has requested and that the regulations mandate. Sadly all of this is just a reflection of the times we live in I guess.
Hopefully as soon as the paperwork gets into the proper hands the parcels will begin their journey to North America post haste. I appreciate everyone's patience as I work to resolve this matter and iron out these new wrinkles.
I will keep you posted in this thread and on the website of any other developments as well as when the parcels finally arrive.

Hello everyone!
And after reading this post you will know how glad I am to be able to say that. I've been a bit out of pocket the last
few days and for that I apologise but I think you will understand once you read this post.
First watch this-
YouTube - Tornado in Jackson
The tornado that you can plainly see if you pause the video during the lightning strikes is one of at least four that touched down in Jackson TN the night of the 6th when tornadoes were wreaking havoc all over the Mid-South as part of a supercell storm system that was moving through at the time. This is believed to be the tornado that devastated the Union University campus that night. This is also the tornado that passed within yards of the Nissan Versa my wife and I were in picking up and depositing a tractor trailer parked behind us on the top of us in the process. Here are the photos-

It will be a while before we motor anywhere in that vehicle don't you think?
We had been to Huntingdon TN for a funeral visitation and had started back home on HWY 70 to Jackson when we turned the radio on and began hearing that a dangerous storm had been spotted moving into the area. A tornado had already hit Arlington TN (near Memphis TN) and other tornadoes had been spotted in Memphis as well (one of which struck and did serious damage to the printing plant where I work). I told my wife to pull over and let me drive as we approached Exit 87 where we would merge onto I-40 and I would take over the driving and get us to Brownsville a half hour away. As we changed positions she asked me if we should head back to Huntingdon and ride it out there. At this point knowing that Huntingdon was a half hour away and that HWY 70 has acted as a "tornado track" in the past I said no that we should try to make it home and get away from Jackson as it is a veritable tornado magnet. Both of us buckled in for what would turn out to be the ride of our lives.
As we gained the interstate and headed towards mile marker 80, we heard that the storm cell had split. The radio
announcers were telling people to leave their cars and seek shelter in embankments on the side of the road. I'm here to
tell you that this is positively the worst thing you can do if you are caught in a tornado in a car but I'm getting ahead of the story.
It was raining fairly hard but I could see to drive and traffic was moving ahead of me. The storm was tracking northeast
but to the left of us. Sirens were going off in Jackson and a small community near Brownsville called Huntersville had
just been hammered by a tornado. At about mile marker 73 or so, the rain came down in sheets...
...and then it stopped.
Cool, I thought as a truck passed me on the side. We've driven beyond the fringe of the storm. What happened next is a bit
of a blur but the wind kicked up ferociously. Something struck the top of the car with a brutal thump and bounced away.
Then the rain came down so thick I hadn't a prayer of seeing ahead of me. My wife told me to pull over. Unbeknowst to us a
tractor trailer pulled up and stopped behind us. The rain blew to the side and picked up in speed. Great blocks of hail
began to pound the car and the asphalt around us. Some of them appeared to 6-10 inces long. The sound of the wind had a
fierce whizzing note and I could see green and white streaks flying by which I realised were the signs on the side of the
interstate. It was like being inside a running blender and that was what it sounded like too. My wife began to panic and
said that we had to get out and get on the ground. She was reaching for the door handle when I screamed and told her to
stay in the car. I leaned over in the seat and pulled her back towards me. That was when something hit on the top of the
car with a loud THUMP. Glass shattered and flew everywhere and the wind continued to whistle through. I screamed with the pain from the door pylon striking my shoulder but finally came to my senses and began hollering for Joyce. She answered
albeit weakly and we both began to pray--loudly and fervently. And still the wind came. Peering through what was left of
her door I could see something large and grey lying beside us. I figured it was one of the large interstate signs that had
struck us. After an eternity, the wind started to die down.
On my side the roof had snapped the top of the steering wheel and impinged the horn. The thing was blaring like mad. I
couldn't hear myself think and it made it difficult to speak to my wife. I was pinned down in such a way that I couln't
see her behind me but I heard her say in a very weak voice that it was getting hard to breathe and could I undo her
seatbelt. I thought she was dying. I popped the latch and I felt her slide down a bit behind me. I called again and she
answered. It was better she said. She could breathe now but her neck hurt. I tried to manoeuvre and get in a position to
get out but it was useless. I reached behind me, grabbed the pylon, and bent it back up ignoring the pain in my shoulder. I remember thinking this is my fault. I should have heeded Joyce's suggestion and I told her so. She told me it wasn't my
fault but it was cold comfort at the time. At this point I turned the engine off! Believe it or not it had run steadily. The horn continued to blare and I had the irrational thought that stopping the bloody thing would somehow sort things out. I saw that if I could wriggle around I might be able to slide down in the floor board and angle up through the driver's window, get out, and help my wife. I was waving frantically through the window since I could hear traffic moving by but no one seemed to be stopping. What is wrong with these people I thought. I told my wife that I was going to try and slide out and get help. She asked me to stay in the car that I might get hit if I got out. I told her no that we were on the side of the interstate but I had to try now that the storm was gone. About that time a woman dashed to the side of the car and asked if we were alive in there. Yes I said but my wife is hurt. She asked if I had a mobile--I said no not with me. She said hold on I'll fetch one and get someone to help you out. About that time a fellow with a group from Norway came to the side of my car and asked after us. I told him we were as well as could be expected but would you help me with this door and then help me stop that bloody horn? He pulled and I had the presence of mind to recall that it was locked. I undid the
latch, told him to pull while I kicked. He did, I did, and the door popped open. We stopped the horn and they helped my
wife out and we walked her to a nearby SUV so that she could sit down and compose herself. An ambulance had been called
but it was having trouble getting there.
For the first time I surveyed the scene around me. It was surreal. I had never seen anything like it. Snapped and gnarled
trees. twisted and mangled metal, tractor trailers cast on their side like discarded toys. Beside us on its side lay the
truck and trailer that had been parked behind us. It was the first time I realised what had hit us and the first time I
looked at the car we had come out of. My mind reeled. We should be dead I thought...we should be dead.
The woman that came up to the side of the car said they couldn't find the truck driver. His trailer was fairly intact but
his cab had split open like one of those Blooming Onions you get at Outback Steakhouse. We need to look and see if we can
find him I said as he may be pinned under this thing. About that time I heard a voice behind me say that he was the driver
and that he didn't have so much as a scratch on him.
That night was a night of miracles really. I credit the grace of God wih our survival. When He puts His hand on you--He
puts His hand on you.
The hospital was another chaotic scene with the injured coming in in droves. Since I was ambulatory, they never really
examined me apart from tking my bood pressure--it was high. I began calling some nearby relatives while they examined
Joyce. The X-rays were negative. We're both sore but we are above ground. Apart from severe stiffness we have a few minor cuts and bruises--that's it.
I spoke with the guy that towed our vehicle a couple of days later when I took the pictures you viewed. He told me he
was on his way back from the Arlington tornado with a damaged vehicle when dispatch radioed him and instructed him to pull
over as there was one tracking the interstate near the rest area. He pulled over within eyeshot of the rest area and
watched a nightmare unfold in front of him. He could see trees and trucks flipping and flying through the air from one side of the interstate to the other. While it only lasted a minute or so it seemed to last forever (at last count there were thirty tractor trailers flipped within a five mile span). He had never seen anything like it.
When he was told I was in the white car he visibly registered his surprise.
"How did you do that?" he said. Meaning of course, how did we survive that.
I answered simply, "When God puts His hand on you--He puts His hand on you. I don't kno what else to say."
He responded, "Man that's the only way it could have happened."
There's more background but you get the gist of it. I had some post traumatic stress episodes afterwards (don't know what
else to call it) and it was almost a day before I could lie down and sleep and not see things whizzing in front of me
when I closed my eyes. I'm doing better now.
I have the orders that you've been sending me and I have replenished some of the Italian stock that was out. I'm way
behind on messages and correspondence so please be patient I'm answering it as best I can. I probably won't be shipping
anything out until next week sometime.
Take care all and as someone used to say I'm just so glad to be here!

Keep checking the website for announcements throughout the week on the News page and elsewhere.
The big news is I will probably be dropping the USPS as a courier of choice as they are costing me too much time and money. If I do continue to keep them it will have to be as a "ship at your own risk" courier and if the order is insured you will have to wait for them to pay off on the claim before I can replace it. Their incompetence seems to know no bounds and I just can't sustain the losses and simple aggravation that they are causing and continue to operate this business. I apologise and I'm sure this will cost me a few customers but when you factor in the inconvenience and expense the USPS have occasioned I should still come out ahead in the long run. Keep watching the news page for a final announcement on this as I will decide over the weekend.
Addendum to the post:
I have officially dropped the USPS as a courier of choice on my website. You can check the
website as to the reasons why but basically it comes down to the fact that their
incompetence, their lack of acccountability, their apathy when dealing with the problems
they cause, their theft from some parcels, and their heedless damage of others has finally
begun to negatively impact the conduct of my business to such an extent that I can no
longer offer them as a viable delivery option.
The good news is that with UPS and FedEx there is accountability. Every parcel comes with
a minimum of $100.00 coverage (FedEx anyway), and unlike the USPS, when they damage
something it will not turn into a huge argument with them trying to renege on honouring
the claim at every twist and turn. FedEx is an especially good deal and once you get above
a certain weight they are not only competitive with USPS but many times they are cheaper.
For those of you that are in the habit of making several small orders my advice would be
to wait and place one or two larger orders and come out ahead on the postage and get your
parcel in a timely fashion as opposed to waiting until it takes the USPS's fancy to get it
to your doorstep...and then you can only guess as to what shape it will be in.
For my foreign customers there will likely be duties and taxes but I will work with you as
much as it is in my power to lessen their impact. To that end I welcome your input as to
the best way to go about doing it.
Henceforth, only the decants will continue to ship First Class and First Class
International. That is because they are easily replaced when they are damaged or
misdirected. The same cannot be said for an entire bottle of Floid.
If you have any questions or comments email me at help@superlather.com and I'll get back
to you. My apologies for the inconvenience but I honestly have no choice.

****USPS BACK ON THE LIST OF COURIERS!!***
Hey everyone!
Believe it or not a representative of the USPS contacted me by telephone the other day expressing concern about the "many issues" I've had with their service over the last few weeks and wanting to know what could be done. I nearly passed out!
Currently I am discussing the matter with them. While I'm still leery, and justifiably so, I am holding out hope that I may be able to restore the USPS to favour on my website.
Watch this space for an update in the next day or so.

Guys!
Big announcement!!
The Austrian Pitralons are in!!
I have the Austrian Pitralon Original and Austrian Pitralon Polar aftershaves!
I will be updating the website and adding them in tomorrow (or over the weekend) so start counting your shekels!!
The La Toja (Sensitive, Regular, and sticks) and Spanish Floid products should arrive early next week!
There will be more updates to the website this week so stay tuned!
UPDATE!!
I just updated the website with the latest additions and whatnot. I don't think I overlooked anything!
The big news is that I now have two of the Austrian Pitralons in stock. They are both fantastic. I've used them both this past week along with the La Toja Sensitive and I'm really pleased with these additions. If these sell well I may look into adding the other two Austrian Pitralons if my supplier can get them.
Go check it out and let me know what you think.
I have had a few people ask if I can get the 400 ml bottle of Proraso splash. I have only one supplier for the Proraso products and he is continuing to check his sources but so far the answer is no. If that changes I will let you know.
I have had some people inquire about future availability of the new Proraso with Aloe Vera. The answer is no because I feel it is available at a number of different outlets already. For the same reason I do not plan to stock the smaller tubes of Proraso green.
I will have more of the Proraso Pre/Post on the way this week. I am given to understand that there may be a small price increase on both the Pre/Post and the shaving cream when they get here but I will do my best to minimise it.
The Special Order products are low stock at the moment. I have very few of the spritzers left and a few P160 shaving briquettes and bricks left. Once these are gone they will become pay in advance special order items.
The spritzers are a bit of a novelty item appealling only to the occasional customer. The P160 while it has generated some interest has not sold as well as I had hoped it would. I attribute a lot of this to a lack of familiarity with the brand. The fact that it comes in a 1000g brick is a bit intimidating too. For my part I do like it and most of the field testers that I sent a briquette to (randomly selected from the Superlather customer lists) liked it as well although to be perfectly honest there was one who wasn't too taken with it although he was fond of the scent. It does smell good almost good enough to eat in fact. The main reason that it will become a special order pay in advance item is the weight of the bricks eats me alive on the shipping and I can't take the risk of importing without having a buyer ready to receive it.
I will be doing some minor tweaking to the website as I get the chance but it won't be anything major.
Thanks everyone for your patronage!

Greetings All!
Just wanted to post an update. I finally got around to shipping all my parcels that should have gone last week yesterday. I have been having some issues with an abscessed tooth and an uncooperative dentist that have kept me otherwise occupied. However if you have purchased anything from me or through Superlather know that your parcel went out yesterday. I apologise for the delay as that is certainly atypical but it was unavoidable.
GOOD NEWS:
I am waiting to hear back from one of my suppliers who may be able to get the Alt Innsbruck for me at an earlier date than my regular supplier. If I don't hear from him I will be calling him Friday morning. As I said, he is not my regular Alt supplier but he should be able to get it for me in greater quantities with less trouble and hopefully at a lower price. If he gets it for me at a lower price I will be passing that savings on to you my wetshaving brethren. Never let it be said that Superlather doesn't love ya baby!
MORE GOOD NEWS:
In keeping with passing on the savings I am hoping to negotiate better prices on the Austrian Pitralons. I plan on adding the Fresh Work and I'm hoping to drop the price of the 100ml bottles by a few dollars. If this works out, and I have no reason to think it won't, I will also start selling the Austrian decants at $2.00 instead of $3.00. I will know the answer to this by Friday. It will take a few weeks to get the Fresh Work in stock at my supplier and then about another week for it to get here.
SOME NOT SO GOOD NEWS:
I have a new shipment coming through a different courier for new stocks of the Proraso 500ml tubes and tubs and some additional Italian Floids. Regrettably there will be a price increase associated with the Proraso products and the Italian Floids. Actually this is not the first in light of international economic factors but the others have been fairly small and I just absorbed them. The price increases will be small I promise but at this point I must pass them on. I will know the final prices Friday and an update will be posted to the website over the weekend.
Thanks again everyone for your patronage and your input!

Greetings all!
Just a few updates on the web page that you might care to check out. See the News page for the big announcements. That will also alert you to any other site wide changes.
I will be making some more changes in the next few days (most of them site tweaking and minor alterations) but there will be one or two major announcements coming.
Any questions please pm or email me at Superlather!

Made some updates to the website this weekend as promised.
Check the News (http://superlather.com/ANNOUNCE.htm) page for the important announcements. I think you will be pleased with the Alt Innsbruck and the Austrian Pitralon announcements.
There are now three ways to order decants and samples. This is in response to a much requested option and I finally took the time to sit down and come up with a way to make it work.
There were a few price increases as well as price reductions. These were unavoidable but I still think I have the best prices going on these items. Let me know if you find it at a lower price stateside.
Superlather.com is always under construction so always check back. In the coming weeks as I get time I will be adding more product details for those of you that really enjoy researching your shaving purchases and I know you are out there.
Thanks again for your patronage!

Updates made to the website guys. New stock is in and a new product announcement that should make some of you happy.
Over the next few weeks I will be tweaking the website and adding content about the products. Nothing will change regarding navigation or ease of use so no worries there.
Keep the orders coming and thanks for your patronage.

I have added this site to the Shave Shopping Index as well.
Thank you kind sir! :D Very much appreciated!!
Hello everyone! I've just updated the website with some new product information. Been meaning to for a few days now and just have not had the time. I would have done it earlier today but we've been under tornado warnings in Brownsville TN most of the day. As I write this we are under tornado watch for another few minutes. One touched down a few miles from my home and we've been listening to sirens in town all day long it seems. As most of you know I've had enough close encounters of the tornadic kind to last a lifetime.
Refresh your browsers when you load Superlather. I'm really excited about the new Austrian Pitralon. Fresh@Work is a very light fragrance like the other Austrians but it manages to last several hours. I've worn them all and the average lifespan is eight hours and I don't splash it on that heavily. The Austrian Pitralons are marketed in Austria by Sara Lee as aftershave/colognes like the Alt Innsbruck. In fact the Austrian Pitralon Original is so close to the Alt Innsbruck in fragrance (the differences are very subtle) that I can't help but think it is sold by Sara Lee as a clone competitor. There is one other Austrian formulation available but I am going to wait and see how these three continue to fare before I stock it. I invite you to check these out as you will not be disappointed.
Big news on the Alt Innsbruck front too. I now sell a 100ml decant for those of you who want to refill that glass bottle or for those of you that want an inexpensive travel bottle. I'm hoping this goes over well. Let me know what you think.
The Proraso tubs are back in stock. There is more so check the website out.
Going forward I am going to continue improving the website, tweaking it slightly, making the reviews more detailed, and affording some product research links and information for those of you that are inclined to that sort of thing.
I still plan to add a few more products. Most are already announced on the website but there are a few surprises coming. The Proraso 400ml should be up in the next few weeks and the other items are scheduled but a definite date of acquisition has not been determined in every case. Again check the website regularly as it is not a static affair I promise you.
I am also working on a sort of customer loyalty program or some such so that regular patrons can be rewarded in some small way for their custom. I've been asked about offering discounts for <insert forum name here> members and I feel like a cheapskate responding that I don't do that because my prices are as low as I can reasonably go already and still clear a profit but I would like to do something for those people who frequent the website and encourage those who only come by every now and again to come by more often. Volume is the key here so I am going to work on coming up with something that is "win-win" for the both of us. It will be challenging as I am importing from six or seven countries now and this is still a very small concern but I hope to be able to come up with something.

Sorry I've been out of pocket for so long guys but it's been unavoidable. Just thought I would give a brief update.
I'm in the process of trying to find a way to replace the USPS for foreign shipments of orders over $20.00. I've been going back and forth with them over an order I shipped into Canada back in February that the USPS crushed. They awarded the claim in my favour but they have given me one excuse i.e. told one lie after another as to why the cheque hasn't been forwarded to me. I replaced the damaged goods at my expense and reshipped them to the customer a week after it happened. USPS has delayed giving a response at every opportunity. They have even told me that it is Canada Post that is to issue the refund cheque--on a claim they awarded. I've caught these fools in one lie after another and today when I called and asked if they were going to honour this claim or should I just give it up the ass on the other end of the line told me--quoting here now--"I should just give it up" and hung up on me.
It's only about $60.00 but when you consider the margins I operate on in this little enterprise it is significant and then there is the principle of the thing. But then as I've stated before we are dealing with a quasi-governmental institution that has no accountability. You literally pay your money and take your chances. We would all be better off if the USPS like Wal Mart ceased to exist altogether.
Add to that the glass Alt Innsbrucks which I thought arrived today were incorrectly filled by my German supplier with Swiss Pitralons. So I have that to contend with and the additional delay waiting for them to come back in.
On the positive side I will soon be placing orders for Proraso Splash in the 400ml bottle and the La Toja splash in the 150ml bottle. I'm waiting to hear from my suppliers with the invoices for payments.
To date I have no news on the Noxzema refill date. I assume they are still making it but my supplier is having problems getting it. If anyone living in Italy reads this can you confirm whether or not it is still on store shelves over there?
I am awaiting new shipments of the UK goods. April was really off in total sales. May has been better but I tell you that some of the petty headaches I encounter sourcing these products makes me wonder sometimes if it's worth it.
Anyway I hope to have more productive news to report this weekend.
Sorry for the vent but I have to get it out somewhere! :sick007

Hi guys!
Sorry if I've been out of pocket lately but I have had a few personal matters to see to.
Just updated the website with a few new tidbits. Check out the announcements section to be sure.
Glass Alts are back in stock for the time being. They are flying off the shelf--which is a good thing!
High fuel prices are causing some problems in Italy and Spain right now and this is creating some delays due to work stoppage. Will keep ye posted!!

Greetings!
Just a few quick updates--
The La Toja aftershave is in! I will be updating the website tomorrow. I will be offering decants of this one as well. It comes in a 150ml bottle and will retail for $32.00. It smells great! Just like the shaving cream. This is the splash not the aftershave balm. Thanks to Josh (jramirez) for the suggestion to carry this. Josh I've already set your bottle aside so PM me when you get a chance.
The Italian products are still on the way. Keep checking the website for updates..
By the way guys I will be donating a portion of the proceeds from the sale of the next few bottles of Swiss Pitralon to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in the name of one of my contacts at the German supplier I use. So if you've been thinking about picking up a bottle then please do as part of the money will definitely go toward a good cause.
Anyway until next time...

Website updated with the new La Toja product! This is some really good stuff and I hope it goes over well.
The Noxzema still has not arrived yet. I will contact the supplier today.
The Proraso splash should arrive some time this week or early next week. There have been some delays in Italy regarding the pick up partly the result of fuel protests and partly the fault of DHL Express stupidity. I am gradually eliminating DHL as a courier of choice as they are horribly inept--they give the USPS a run for their money and that IS saying something. I will contact this supplier today and hope to hear back from him tomorrow.
Some of you have already reserved the La Toja splash, Proraso Splash, and the Noxzema creams and I have your name down and will let you know when they are in. Of course the La Toja Splash IS in so you can go ahead and make your purchase on the site. Keep watching here and on the website for future product updates.
Thanks everyone for patronising Superlather. This month has been my best month since launching the site and it isn't over yet so if you are planning an order go ahead and place it and get on the month of June bandwagon!!
I still plan to tweak the website a little so watch for that as I think you will be pleased with the results.

Regarding all future US shipments bottles--not decants-- of aftershave MUST go FedEX. If you select USPS as your courier I will upgrade you and if additional postage is required I will contact you for that before shipping. The Neanderthals at the USPS managed to crush yet another bubblewrapped bottle of aftershave. I won't even bother with the insurance claim as they have no intention of honouring them--I have yet to receive the payment from back in February. I can't tell you how many documented lies they have told me on that one.
At the moment I can still only use the USPS for shipping foreign orders but I am working on that.

Just a brief update.
The Alts are in. Had a large shipment come in today.
The Italian shipments are working but have suffered innumerable delays. I have one that was last seen in Customs back on the 19th of June. I have others that are due to ship as soon as I sort out everything with the new couriers. It's been a major headache but I'm working on it. Keep checking the website for updates.

Hello everyone.
I finally updated the website and added the new 400ml Proraso Aftershave Splash. I've had a number of requests for this one so I'm anxious to see how well it goes over with the wetshaving faithful. All Italian products are in and it appears that I have the new couriers set up and operating.
The Alt Innsbruck is really selling well as is the Proraso Pre/Post. In fact the Pre/Post has almost sold out but another big order is soon to be on the way.
I will be stocking some limited amounts of the Ingram Green Label. This cream is discontinued so if you want to try this cream and see how it compares to the blue label pick it up quick as I don't know how long I'll be able to get it. I'm only going to order a few unless I get a number of reservations so if quite a few of you are interested let me know. The price will be comparable to blue label maybe just a touch below it.
Tentatively I will be getting a very limited supply of the Skin Bracer Cool Spice in the dimpled glass bottle! This is the real deal people. Vintage stuff and it smells great! If you want one definitely get your reservation in because once they are gone I may not be able to get any more.
I also corrected an error in the links on a few webpages that were linking to the incorrect home page and as a result the Alt Innsbruck page wasn't displaying. I can't think when this happened or how long it has been like that as I thought I had corrected it once before but apparently I missed a few. Let me know if you spot anything else. Please clear the cache in your browser and everything should work now.
Keep checking the website brothers! You never know what might turn up next.

Ok dudes and dudettes I just installed a 128 bit SSL certificate on the website to enhance the Superlather shopping experience! Yes sir you are in HTTPS:// country now!! That's online high security talk that is!!
Just thought I would pass that along and thank everyone that has patronised Superlather. This month has already surpassed last month and last month was the best on record. SO THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!
I have put in some BIG orders with the Italian suppliers but it will be a while before I take delivery though as everyone over there is on holiday. That's actually not much of an exaggeration. Most Europeans vacation in late July and August and while they are away no one works! So please be patient as I have a whole lot of the Proraso tubs, tubes, aftershaves, and Floids on the way. I'm going to try and squeeze a few P160 bricks in there too as this stuff is starting to sell slowly but surely. I have to be careful though because it is SO heavy and really runs up the shipping costs.
That's all for now. Check the website out from time to time as there is always something new. I'm tweaking it by adding more product details and pictures that should help in your shopping experience. Suggestions are welcome.
Oops almost forgot--the vintage Skin Bracer is on the way. This is the Cool Spice and is in the big dimpled glass bottle. I will be selling these for $13.50. Understandably the supply is limited and I don't know if there will be more where these are coming from or not so if you wish to reserve a bottle email me through Superlather with your full name and I'll start compiling a list. Actually there are already a few names on it!
Also I MAY---emphasise MAY---have a lead on some NOS Proraso red tube! I won't know until my Italian suppliers get back. Stay tuned for the follow up on this. At this time I am not taking reservations but if you wish to PM me with interest I'll put your name on the list which in a positive flash of inspiration I've decided to call the Proraso Red Tube List! See my creative genius only waxes and never wanes!
Now go forth and shop Superlather!

Updated the News page with a few small items. Please check it out.
Main thing is the Skin Bracer Cool Spice. I am getting far fewer of those than I was originally told--less than ten in fact. My supplier is saying 6-8. I can still take a few more reservations but if you want to reserve one of these you had best contact me quickly. Price is $13.50 plus FedEx or UPS shipping.
Still plan to tweak the product descriptions a bit more and flesh them out. Been meaning to do that for awhile now. Anything in particular you guys would like to see in the abstract that isn't there already? Send those cards and letters and let me know! Better yet send some emails--they're free and quicker!
Cheers!

Just a bit of an update folks--
I finally got around to upgrading my shopping cart. There were a few wrinkles to iron out after the installation but it wasn't anything a reinstallation couldn't take care of! To you as a customer there will be no apparent differences at all. The benefits derived from this upgrade mainly increase the behind the scenes functionality and eliminate some of the minor flaws that cart owners have been observing and reporting. So far I've been very happy with this cart. Support is excellent and anytime there have been problems it was either something I was or wasn't doing or some other variable outside the cart's control--like the vendor's APIs on the real time rate returns.
My Italian shipments have been delayed and are not expected until early-mid September. The fact that everyone seems to be on vacation in Italy during the month of August is not helping. One supplier went on holiday before I sent the payment on the next shipment. I was travelling at the time so we missed a connection there. The other supplier's shipment has been delayed due to some additional paperwork being requested by the courier. Since this supplier is also on holiday I cannot get the paperwork to him but I am going to try calling the courier tomorrow and seeing whether or not they will accept whatever they need from me directly. I also plan to talk to a stateside courier in the coming week and I hope to be able to get some firm arrangements in place to facilitate the future importation of these shipments and hopefully avoid the repetition of these nuisance delays in the future.
Not to cause a panic and I have not had final confirmation from Keyline Brands but there appears to be something going on with th Erasmic Lather Shaving Cream in the 75ml tube. I've had two suppliers tell me that they are unable to source it at the moment. One supplier is telling me that their distributors have told them that it has ceased production and the other is telling me that it is still in production but unavailable. They are at a loss to explain quite what that means. What it means for me is that I have far fewer of them on the way than I had originally planned on (less than a 100) but hopefully this matter will be resolved soon. I contacted Keyline Brands and they told me that it was still in production. Remembering the Ingram panic from earlier this year and the incorrect information I received from the front desk then I asked to have someone in Sales and Marketing call me. The person I was speaking to said that someone would contact me the next day. That was five days ago and still nothing--big surprise. I will keep you posted on the website.
I will be adding some more products soon so watch for that. That's all for now!
UPDATE:
The Erasmic Shaving cream in the 75ml tube IS still in production. There are some manufacturing problems but once those are sorted it should be readily available again. I have quite a few on the way so hopefully everything will be right as rain once those stocks are ready to be replenished.

One of the shipments arrived today from Italy. Ordinarily this would be a cause for celebration but UPS really did a number on it and tried to conceal it by repacking it. None of the Proraso aftershaves are in the parcel. A few tubes of the Noxzema were handled pretty roughly and a few tubs of the Proraso Pre/Post received some less than gracious treatment and a couple are missing altogether. Regardless I've filed a claim and I was able to rescue a protion of the order and I will put those in stock and start shipping some of the orders that a few of you have been waiting so patiently on. I have another Italian order that will come over as soon as the supplier gets back in town and I am working on a new courier arrangement which I hope will eliminate the problems I've faced with this latest round of Italian shipments.
I will update the website with some new product information over the weekend. I have already updated it to reflect the Italian products that are back in stock now.
Just keeping you up to speed.
