At the very least, she should offer you a deal on a re-handle! I'd make it good, but my title is only ceremonial!!!
Umm, why don't you just ask Joe for a refund? :rofl

I would blame joe on that one...or the maker of the candle. The candle should not have been that hard IMHO

Seriously if a brush can't stand a one foot fall on a candle it is a POS.

Must be something in the air. I dropped my Trumper pure badger and it landed on my bathing suit (Hey! pick that up) that was on the floor. Then I dropped my C&E BB and it landed on the rug in the bathroom. Thankfully, no damage.

Subject: Chipped Handle
Dear Vanessa,
I was wondering if their was any type of Warranty on the Kent BK8. I have had it for a few months, It fell of my stand from about one foot and I received a chip on the base of the handle. Enclosed is a photo of the damage. I appreciate your help in this matter.
Thank you,
Will

That is really jacked up they won't do anything for you. Kent was in the running for my next brush. I guess the design of that handle isn't very sturdy.
