In 69 Gillette switched the adjustable to a black handle in both long and short versions. I believe you have the long handle "super" adjustable semi-rare gold plated version.:D

OK, I went and hunted it down in the depths of my shave locker. It had a P 1 on it and you guys gave me enough of a hint to research it so, I guess that makes it a Gillette 1970 Gold Plated, Long Black Handled Super Adjustable. I seriously doubt it is semi-rare. :D
