Anybody have tapes of the original series on Disney called Scarecrow of Romney Marsh? They've been promising this on DVD for years. Another Disney British production fallen by the wayside that deserves to be re-released. :(

Is this the one about the guy that dressed up in a scarecrow outfit and battled the british in colonial America? If it is he was like a superhero back in the day. I remember waiting to watch the episodes every week.

Yep that is him. I did a search and I think Amazon may have a DVD. If you google it you get a bunch of hits. That was a cool show!!!!

It's a DVD of a butchered version due to the number of commercials they added to it in later years. The quality sucked too. Nobody liked it. They're waiting for the promised remastered restored original version.
