I did a personal best of 12 burgers. Of course my friend balked and only did 14. Claimed that he could do 20, but chose not to. I call Shinanigans.

Home made Wareniki (cottage cheese Perogies) with fried onions and white gravy. So rich that I was afraid gout would take my whole leg.

Tonight to break in my new set of cookware: White rice, Pink beans with sofrito and seasonings and sautee'd onions with cube steaks. Puerto Rican style. Place the onions on top of the steaks and marry the rice and beans(lay the beans on a bed of rice). Just like my Mom use to make it but never as good as hers!!

Back home this is a traditional dish for every day life.
