Except, I don't have anything yet. I had a Zesty Chicken Tostada Salad from Mimi's Cafe yesterday. That might qualify. Other than that, the last 4 days has been on the go or horse show food.

Wait, I had two fingers of Single Barrel Jack Daniels last night to celebrate the end of the horse show.

I use part of the support crew. My wife was showing her new horse, Indy. She was testing the waters with 1 class a day for 4 days. Each day had a different judge. She got a 4th on the first day and then she won Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

She did it on her own with some help from her instructor before going to the show. Most people at these shows have support people and a trainer on hand. She did it without a trainer. Makes it even better to hear the people with all the money and showing every week rumbling about some no name horse and riding winning the class. :rofl

Ribs, Brisket, Pulled Pork, slaw, c"arn"bread, at this new joint:

The Brisket melted in your mouth:

After 15 hours over in the smoker, this stuff is moist and tender. The deep, rich smoke flavor is complemented by a 2-layer spice rub. Sliced or chopped to order and lightly coated with our special brisket BBQ sauce, we think it stacks up to anything you’ll find in Texas.
