If I make more lather, that just means less cream to send my testers. :p

It is one of my specialties. I'm good at it.

btw, the scent of the cream isn't anything to write home about. YET. It will be a work in progress as far as the scent goes. Right now the cream is scented with Orange EO, but it really isn't very strong.

Any suggestions for a signature scent? Something that embodies TSD perhaps.

A while back, I bought some coconut/lime shave cream at Wal-Mart. It was "Tree Hut" brand. Trouble is, it is not a lather cream. In fact, as a shave cream, it s*cks. But I like the scent. I know Bay Rum with a Twist has been done, too. But Coconut Lime might be a new one.

Until something is sold, she isn't a vendor.

Rule number 3 states in the vendor's corner states:
3. If you have an item you sell continuously, you are a vendor. Single (one time) sales don't belong here. You don't have to "go away", opinions are welcome here, as long as they don't get personal.

Glad you like the cream, too!

Yes, yes I most certainly did.

Lemme tell you all something ---> This cream is gonna blow you away. Full pictorial and preview coming "soon" ;)

Took another shave with the cream this morning, it is a miraculous elixir! This is very exciting. I have always enjoyed creams, but never loved them. I even decided not to acquire any more.

.....as it turns out, I only needed to try "one" more :D

It has the best qualities of a soap, combined with the best qualities of a cream.....and none of the downsides of either. If you don't know what that means, you'll see in my full review which I will do shortly.

JoAnna is going to have to make a bucket of this stuff just for me, and in the meantime I am seriously considering the sale of all of my other creams....including my two tubs of JM Fraser and the 17 tubes of Palmolive Red.

Thanks JoAnna, for allowing me to sample this wonder-cream ::

And correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't this your first attempt at making a cream?

If so... VERY impressive. If not, still impressive... to make TJ slobber all over his keyboard. :p

So, this cream- is it the Orage stuff for sale at TSD store?

This was the very first batch of shaving cream I made.

And the recipe has not changed.

I make my shaving cream in unscented batches, and scent each, 1/4 oz or 2 oz, cream to order.

So, all 28 samples you ordered are made with this same recipe. :happy088 And will be in the mail Tuesday.

Does this mean you can request a scent strength?

I use as much scent as is advised. That's why I can't/won't do stronger scents.

So far I haven't had any complaints about strength of the scents in my products.

If you're still after input on scent, I'm still looking for a shave cream that replicates Crabtree & Evelyn's Gardener's hand cream. One of the gifts I gave my wife this past Christmas was a bunch of C&E stuff, and it included Gardener's cream. I'd buy a truckload of the stuff if they made a shave cream with that scent. Well, one or two anyway.

Their description is...Scent: Fresh green clover, lavender, sage, rosemary and thyme.

Hmmm....I have a tube of that hand cream. That would make a great scent for a shaving cream.

I'll see what I can do.
