My thoughts were swinging toward Chef. The look is right, (bandanna, cigarette, white top) but that is not a Chef's coat you are wearing. At least not one like I wore for 13 years--double breasted, mandarin collar.

I was helping out my uncle many years ago as a chef at the Royal york for a while, then worked up to assistant chef.. then was the one in charge of the kitchen for every time he went away on vacations.
