Washed it down with quite a few Kirin and Sapporo beers.

You didn't! I worked there for 4 years. My family has to twist my arm to buy it. At least get the whole grain version. :D

To be honest I really dont know what kind of bread it was, I never read the packages when my wife buys it. :rofl

I said Wonder because everyone knows what that is or atleast most do.

Nice fresh tomatoes, chopped up fresh basil, extra virgin olive oil, cubes of mozzarella, and fresh ground black pepper. Insalata Caprese, homemade!

Following tonight's gig...chicken cordon bleau, rice pilaf, stuffed mushrooms, grilled and glazed green beans with red onion and cherry tomatoes. All chased with lemon water, followed by too many fingers of Bulleit Bourbon. Oh, and the surprise of the evening...won tons dipped in charred salsa! What an interesting combination for the palate!
