on subway's.
Crammed in this morning one girl has on a backpack that probably sticks out a foot and a half... I almost lost it the 10th time she whacked me with it deciding she needed to move for some reason
::ban (can you do that from the subway?)

Sure, why wouldn't you be able to ban her or the backpacks? ;)

And I know... being a guy... not supposed to be mean to girls and what not... but I was ready to just give her a shove off at one of the stops (no steps, you just walk out)

Sounds to me like it would have been self-defense. :D

Yesterday I actually saw that thing you never think you'll see (except in movies)
A girl was running to catch it and jumped in right before the doors closed and they closed on her backpack... She ended up inside holding onto the strap as her backpack was outside. Luckily they opened the door and she got to keep it :)

Yep... I used the generic term so everyone would know what I meant.

Partly because of things like this, I walk to/from work everyday.

That would be why I normally take any bag I am wearing off when I hop on the subway and it is crowded. It is easier to control what you hit and don't hit moving around on the train if you are holding it near your legs. At least if the bag is full. If the bag is empty it is less of a concern because then it is likely nearly flat against my back.

Alright... see now you're using logic and that's just not fair :D
