Get Lovie to put some Olbas Oil on your back for you. :D I do a good bath soak and then use Fit'n Kool for minor aches. I have some really strong stuff that we use on the horses called Equiblock. It is capsaicin based and is not for the faint hearted but it sure works. Talk about feel the burn. :D

WTF! The stuff that makes hot peppers (and sauce) hot, is what you use on horses to relieve muscle aches?
I gotta have me some of that! Do I need to go to a horse supply store or something? :D

Yup, liniment for the minor stuff and Equiblock for the tougher aches.

Equi-Block is a topical pain reliever for the temporary relief of minor aches and pains associated with arthritis, tendonitis, strains, sprains and simple backache in horses. Scientifically formulated for racehorses. Contains capsaicin, will not test positive.
One word of warning. Don't put this stuff on if you're going to be out in hot weather or just before going to bed. You start to sweat and this stuff kicks into overdrive. :D
