How can a menthol junkie like you not like this stuff? I use it as a pre-shave, but I have no idea if it really does anything or not. I've tried it as an after-shave but didn't like it that way...too thick, like smearing toothpaste on my face. Lots of other folks rave about it as an aftershave.

This has a nice cooling effect, however it is drying to the skin if left on for too long and leaves a residue as well....plus, it is full of chemicals.

I much prefer using a preshave oil :)

I put it on at target and it worked OK so I could see the AS aspect.
I don't think it would do well as an Pre Shave.

Proraso ASB is good enough for that.

Cant believe it doesnt do anything for you.. I love the way it cools down..

also I do notice when I use it and then lather on I get less irritation then when I dont use it. though I dont use it all the time because that would render all the specialisms that each cream or soap brings with itself useless Id get a cool effect with every cream then.. not really sure if it gives a closer shave I think preventing less irritation is more important.
